Karen Nesnay, Speech-Language Specialist will be retiring come June 30, from the Piscataway Township Schools, a place she has called her “second home” for the past 39 years. Ms. Nesnay came to us right out of Douglass College in October 1977 and never left. During her tenure in Piscataway, she worked in a variety of schools including New Market, Fellowship Farm, T. Schor, MLK, Randolphville, Arbor, Children's Corner, and most recently at Grandview where she has remained for the past 17 years.
She leaves us to follow her son Andrew (PHS Class of 2016) to Pennsylvania where he will attend York College of PA majoring in Sport Management. She leaves behind her daughter, Lauren Previtera, First Grade Teacher, to carry on her legacy. She will be sorely missed by the Grandview staff and Department of Special Services.
